At Superteam Wheels, we want you to ride with absolute confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your carbon wheelset, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the wheels in their original factory packaging, ensuring all skewers, brake pads, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend retaining your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the wheels for integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
